Your Role at Upchained

As a Supply Chain Consultant, you are more than just an advisor to our clients; you are also a key player in the further expansion of Upchained. In addition to working on challenging digitalization and implementation projects for clients, you will have the opportunity to contribute internally to the development of our team and internal processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes for clients.
• Translating business requirements into technological solutions.
• Supporting (digital) transformations for the client from start to finish.
• Developing internal methodologies and best practices to improve our services.
• Coaching and mentoring both client teams and internal colleagues.
• Helping build a strong and cohesive team within Upchained by initiating internal projects and improvement initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You have a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Global Supply Chain Management, or another relevant field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with a focus on digitalization and optimization projects. Experience in consulting is a plus.
• You are driven and have an entrepreneurial mindset; you want to not only execute projects for clients but also play an active role in the growth of Upchained.
• You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make a real difference for our clients.
• You have experience with ERP systems and are familiar with supply chain software like WMS, TMS, APS, or other relevant tools.
• You possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• You are a strong communicator and can work both in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You are proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
